Here we go, my review on all the sigs:

Blitzkrieg: A very nice sig, but the background doesn't seem to match the stock to me. Needs more colour. A good contender in this competition
CrazyCraig: A beautiful sig, but I don't like to sudden cut off of the stock, beautiful colours though. Another decent contender in the competition.
Ecko: Too dark for me, ugly colours, not your best
GokuBlade: A decent sig, but the text is ugly as hell and I don't like how Kabuto is transparent.
Haroken: Nice stock. A decent black and white sig, but nothing compared to beat most of these sigs.
Hyuga: Ugly, and the font is bleh
kage_no_shi: a decent sig, but I don't like the size. The font doesn't match and the leave on Sasuke bothers me, but that's not your fault.
miraisoup: a gorgeous sig, one of my favourites from you. But the rim of Samus's gun has cut marks that distracts me. Font is nice. Definatly a major contender for my vote.
MMX16: One of my favourite sigs from you, nice colours and background. The text and Ecko symbol ruins it for me though. Also, a good contender
RewYnd: A drop dead gorgeous sig with a nice background, stock, and font. No real faults, except maybe the small white spot at the top left. Definatly a force to be reckoned with
Shuriken: A great looking tag, with a hot stock of Brittany. In my eyes, there's something missing. A good challenge to the other sigs.
YuYu: Eh.....good try?
Zantetsuken: A good, dark sig, but the stock should be a little more visible and the font is bleh. With some adjustments, it could have become a contender.
zXInuyasha: A nice sig, too simple of colours.

In the end, RewYnd got my vote.

I'm gonna snag Vex's idea here:

Blitz - I like the bg, the font choice was alright, and i think the image owns, i just don't like it where it is. Overall, good work.
Craig - I love the colors you got goin', the bg is ok, but that image just seems to be in the way.
Ecko - I like the bg and that's it. The color isn't anything special, and the bitch, I mean, image looks boring. Would be alot better with different colors.
GokuBlade - I like it overall. I like the idea of what you did, hate the text, but more could have been done with the bg. Nice job.
Haroken - It's a pic cropped to a sig....o.o
Hyuga - I'm not feelin the double images, not much of a bg, solid white text(blech), and for the love of god, border the damn thing!
kage - I love everything except for the image and text. Maybe some blending would have worked. Either than that, it's pretty kick ass.
mirai - Boom! Best damn thing on the page. Love the image, the effects, the works. Only thing I would have done is tone down the brightness. Awesome fuckin work.
MMX16 - The text and little icon gotta go and the image needs to be blended, nice try and effort though.
RewYnd - I don't like the colors. For some reason it reminds me of florescent vomit, i like the bg, and the R, stock's ok, overall, not bad but the colors need to change.
Shuriken - I like the bg, the colors, everything but the damn stock. It so mismatched. All your missing is a big ass, lol. Besides that, cool job.
YuYu - Definite OGinality there, some perspection is of in the bg and on the sidewalk, needs more detail on the buildings, but a definite stander outter.
Me - I suck. :P
zx - wtf is that?

Hehe, mine's shit, but I'm still kinda glad I entered. Anyways, I say RewYnd has the best one. If he didn't enter, I would have gone for CrazyCraig. Very well done sigs.

I don't know who to vote for. I would vote for Rew, but the colours and blending make me think twice. And then I'd vote for Ecko, but again, the colours are weird. I'm gonna have to give my vote to Blitz.

Then I got to xzInuyasha's and thought that it's a great signature. Simple, hot rounded edges, and a good size.
