Changes in Topic Modes

I disabled the "Hybrid" and "Threaded" view modes, and have turned on the "Quick Reply" box by default. I believe most of our users prefer the "Linear" view anyway, so the other two were just useless. Also, with the new Quick Reply, we won't have to be clicking any buttons in order to write, making the process even faster.
