Earlier this week Nintendo announced a new fighting game for the upcoming Nintendo DS. The game, Jump! Super Stars, will feature an all-star cast of the characters from several popular Shonen Jump manga series. So far it is known that the game will feature Son Goku (Dragonball/Z/GT), Uzumaki Naruto (Naruto), and Monkey D. Luffy (One Piece). More details will be reveiled in the October 21 issue of Shonen Jump.

They should make a new Super Smash and add Shonen jump characters.

Wow. It sounds really good on paper. My only concern is that they don't rush it out. Other then that, it looks great.

Yeah, we wouldn't want an 'ultimate battle 22' again, these guys better start fresh. The only db or anime/type games worth remaking are hyper dimension and chrono trigger

This could be an awesome game if it gets off the ground. Hopefully it won't bomb like so many other good ideas.

I had one wish since Super Smash Brothers came out: Let Vegeta be in it! Seeing as how they're finally putting in at least Goku, my wish has changed to: PLEASE let it be like Super Smash Brothers!!! I hope it isn't Street Fighter-ish. They've already done that with DBZ and it wasn't amazing. Or at least like Budokai.

*proceeds to cream pants* (oh yeah, and go Naruto!)
