Because of my wonderful friend Dark from IRC, I've learned to access many features that are available to young artists such as myself on paint.

One of the features as you can see that Dark has showed me is the "Color" feature. Just because im feeling nice today, I think I'll write a tutorial showing you how to access the color Toolbar using paint.
First of all you have to open paint, this is done by going to
Start > All programs > Accessories > Paint. It might get some getting used too since this is so complex. Due to the complexity of this thing I decided to further my tutorial and show you an image which displays where you have to click in order to access MSPaint.

As you can see the pathway is Highlighted. Highlighted is defined by http://dictionary.com as
high·light
( P ) Pronunciation Key (hlt)
n.
1.An area or a spot in a drawing, painting, or photograph that is strongly illuminated.
2.An especially significant or interesting detail or event.
We are looking at defination #1.
Now once you've accessed paint an even harder task comes into play. This is an image of MSPaint. Don't panic though, it is not as complex as it seems.

Right now focus your attention to this area of MSpaint.

Did you notice that the drop down menu contains: View ?
Remember our first rule, DON'T PANIC, now slowly advance your pointer to the View drop down menu, and ....CLICK IT. This should come up.

Notice that "Color Box" is checked and highlighted? To turn the Color pallet on, simply uncheck the box, to turn if off just check it. It might take some time getting the feel of the check mark, but you'll get used to it in a few months.
Now once you have the "Color Box" checked look into your lower left corner, there you should see colors from Blue to Orange. If you're not sure of what im talking about please look at the images below.

And now a close look at the color box...

You're set! Enjoy using colors to their fullest extent! I'd like to thank "Dark" from IRC for showing me such an amazing feature!
I'm thinking of doing a tutorial on how to access the "text" feature, so that you can freely type text IN MSPaint. Sounds complex huh? Well don't worry I'll walk you through it when it comes out! See you again.

NOTE: This might possibly be the best thing you can ever learn throughout your career as a graphic artist, and yes thanks to Dark I've taught it to you for FREE!! Enjoy!
