it wasn't later til I found out that I was working under the wrong Project settings.... so the beginning of the AMV is going quite hasty (but it wasn't when I previewed it) It previews normally under the DV Playback settings... but I had it on Video for Windows when I was working on the AMV and previewing wasn't too well with transitions and all

The ending with the flying clips was a failed attempt to have a creative ending? :shruggs:

The first video to earn my "choice award". I would recommend this video to anyone who is looking for great editing, great effects and a greta video over all. Some people may not like the theme but that should't really stop anyone from watching the video. Great job T.U and I'll be looking forward to seeing some more of your videos.

OHH Nice work. I loved this video when it 1st came out. Just like I told you Unlimited. Your kenshin videos are great. Ey 007 you should check out his other kenshin vid. I like it better than this one (no offence) ;)

Well I watch it it was great but I don't think Effects deserved a 10 now they were great but not that great those are effect I can do easy and I am not all that great with Premiere. Well then again you might be rating it because of the way he used them.

The aspect ratio was off. Should've been 720x360, seeing as Reflection was widescreen. Then again, pretty much everyone seems to get that wrong. Good video, although I saw some off sync clips that were attempting to be on sync.

it was ripped from a dvd.. so 720x480 is the correct ratio... as that's how it is with every dvd ripped.. (so.. if you keep seeing 720 x 480 videos.. it's likely they used dvds)

yea, supposedly Reflection was supposed to be a widescreen since the DVD cover says 16:9 but it's still a full 720x480 when ripped... so my video isn't off (it didn't really look wide screen when I watched it on a normal tv either)

even My Soul is Bleeding was 720x480.. but that one was really a wide screen(seeing as it had the blackbars on top and bottom).. so I just clipped out the blackbars in my video so it came out to be a weird 720x352...

yea, supposedly Reflection was supposed to be a widescreen since the DVD cover says 16:9 but it's still a full 720x480 when ripped... so it's fine (it didn't really look wide screen when I watched it on a normal tv either)

So? DVD2AVI doesn't read aspect ratios. You have to do it manually. So yes, it is the wrong resolution.

edit:

yeayea, n/m I c...my bad, my bad *reading something about anamorphic footage*

I still like the way it looks better though.. taking a look at it at 720x360 feels too flat..... maybe I've been looking it at 720x480 too long.. *sighs*

yea... dvd2avi doesn't care for ratio.. seems like my tv doesn't either.. even the widescreen tv at my cuz's house
