She should've changed at 20/40/60/80% or even 100% NOT after reahcing 100% and being suspended twice.

We didn't ban Saiyakid, Saiyakid banned Saiyakid.

Innocent people do NOT reach 100%. Innocent people do NOT get warnings for being annoying. She had her chances she didn't take them quick enough.

Typical bullshit. Bullying may make some people stronger, however it causes a lot more harm than good. There's a difference in a little teasing and joking that helps one build up a resistance to insults than out-right harrassment and bullying.
