I've taken the time to revise and edit some of the rules. Here's the list of the most important changes:
1. I've specified more clearly that only ONE ACCOUNT PER USER is allowed.
2. The uploaded-avatars file-size limit has been raised to 15KB, along with the dimensions (which are now 150x150 max).
3. A new image-signature format has been introduced. You can now choose from 500x150 or 350x300. The file-size limit is still 80KB.
4. Signatures may now contain an ADDITIONAL image, such as an 468x60 banner, or a little button (no larger than 200x100), but it must be under 30KB.
