You read correctly. Ever wanted to design a skin for the DBZSC Forums? Now's your chance! The rules are quite simple: No hentai, no horribly big graphics, no ripped graphics, and the skin HAS to be DBZ-related (the presence of other anime characters are welcome, though).
If you think you have what it takes, go to THIS THREAD (http://forum.dbzsc.com/index.php?act=ST&f=8&t=8369) and post your skin there. A winner will be chosen by the forum Administrators / Moderators (user votes will also be taken into consideration), and the winning skin will be used on the DBZSC Forums!
