Board Problem

I just wanted to ask about that difficult the board had for the last while.

Just wanna make sure that

1) it wasn't isolated to me and a few others and
2) that it hopefully won't be a regular occurence.

Was this the error that said the person has to pay something because I got that error about 3 hours (Can't remember) ago maybe more.
