MOD positions

Well this is for the future, but say if there is a open position for a MOD spot. Maybe you should do a 2 day or a week trial for every one on the forum. The person that does the best job will get to be a MOD.

As far as I know, we are in no need of new moderaters. 6 global moderaters, 4 staff members, and 3 admins should be enough to control you all. Besides that, we have a large portion of minor mods controlling different categories.

Everyone can learn to mod, but not everyone is familiar enough with what's going on, and how to treat other members. When Exzee or 007 needs new moderaters, they will pick out the person they see fit. If he/she has never been a mod before, they will quickly learn.

As my buddy (who showed me around how to work with being a mod: NAEMI! ^_^) said, we don't need no one know....

yeah Naemi is right. We aren't in need of new mods as of now. ACtually he did a good job at explainig everything so I don't need to bore you with more ;)

I know it`s unlikely but what if no mods are on during one time and the forums went insane.Bad posts should not remain on the forum for more than 10 mintues don`t you think? :huh:

There can't be a MOD on at all times. They have stuff to do, and besides most of us here are atleast 12(I think) so we should all be mature enough to know what and what not to do. And for those who are immature, the MODs will deal with him/her the way they think they should.

Lets see here, total we have how many members? 800ish? Give EVERYONE moderator status. I'm not seeing that happening. As for a new mod, I think we have enough for now.

I agree with the staff. But if you gave them half an hour they can barely do anything.

But I have a different option, If each MOD picked two or one person they think would be good for the job and those people go into a two day thing, and at the end the people in the forum would vote for who they thought was the best.

5 minutes or less to delet every post. That's all it takes. I dont trust many people here. There are 3 or 4 mods that deserve to be fired, and 3 or 4 people that COULD be trusted with that power.
