Members who never do anything

Yeah, shouldn't you really delete some of the 150-160 members that have never posted? I mean, some of these people signed up in November 2002 and still haven't posted... don't delete people whp signed up like 3 days ago and who might not have had a chance to post but some people need to be deleted...
