Since my post was made immediately after I received my comics I was obviously a bit excited. I'm sure not many of you care, but I did promise you a review. I won't go into grat length, but I'll give you something worth reading over. Here goes.
The first five issues really don't lead up to anything in particular. As of right now the comic just has She-Hulk beating on some of the "lamer" villains from the Marvel universe. For example, in the first three issues she did battle with the Headmen. In issue #4 she dealt with Stilt Man, and in issue #5 she took on the likes of Doctor Bong. Despite this the comic is still pretty good. It's certainly the funniest one I've read to date (although I am a newb). She-Hulk seems to have developed a power referred to as the "fourth wall" which allows her to know that she's in a comic book. Along with this she's able to talk directly to the reader, rip through pages, and cross panel borders. It gives the title a uniqueness and can lead to some pretty humorous scenes. John Byrne's art is pretty amazing despite its age, in my opinion. Overall the first give issues were a good read. I certainly enjoyed them. If I were to rate them I'd give them an overall 3.5 out of 5.

Well, I thought the same thing about Bong when I heard his name. Unfortunately he's just got a bell on his head that he bashes to produce different effects.
I collect a few other comics. Right now I've got Captain America, Captain Marvel, Green Arrow, Thor, and I've got a subscription to Nightwing that'll start shipping this August. All of them are from the latest volumes of each title and none of them are signed or anything like that.

How long have you been collecting? I just got a bunch of comics one day about 10 years ago and started from there.

more than a year now, I think... we get diferent comics here but they're the same stories. They're just put into one big comic. So there are 5 here...
Essential X-Men
Astonishing Spiderman
Avengers United
Wolverine and Gambit
Mighty World of Marvel (Incredible Hulk, Daredevil and different 'guest stars')

Why do most people get Spider-Man? I think he's a somewhat cool hero and all, but all of the comics I've read of his have been fairly bland. Is there something I'm missing?
