Would a graphics battle be considered a contest?

The rule applies only for "best signature in forum" contests. If you want to make a "graphic battle" (which is basically a graphics contest), it can be done as long as it doesnt involve the quest of finding the best signature in the forums; just some random graphic you made and want to show.

If the prupose of your battle is finding the best signature in the forum, then you have to wait until the official signature/avatar contests are held.

Can I made Full contests? Like, lets say I wanted to run a Wallpaper contest so that everyone who wanted to could make one, then there would be a vote at the end. Can I do that?
