How do I make a GIF like in DHX's avatar,it is just a quick 1 or 2 second movement,how do I do that?

if ya'll have adobe image ready its in there

go to window
and click animation
i'm not entirely sure how to work all this stuff i was just messin this around when musclebobbuffpants talked to me

so you'll have to play around a lil..have fun! hope this helps
