Music vid PROBLEM download. HELP

ok well first of all I will like to tell you all that I'm a big fan of 007 vegita's work. I have downloaded all his music vids from the beggining of dbzsc. :D I love them. They are very good quality and all but NOW since the new two music vids came out I can't download them. well here are two problems:

Problem #1
I keep having PROBLEMS with the buttons. Before the buttons I used to put "Save target as" but now the buttons won't let me. It has been to complicated. If Xz or 007 vegita will change the form of download again. PLEASE. or help me out of some way.

Problem #2
AFter I fix the 1st problem I got another problem. I'm afraid I got 56k internet connection. YES I know it sucks! If anyone knows any site that has a program that I can download for free that lets me resumes my downloads from my download manager. Please help me on this too. PLEASE

I'm afraid I got another problem. I don't know maybe you guys can help me.

I have like 10 eps of DBZ in DVD and I want to make a music video with them. But I don't know how to import the movie into them. I'm trying to import them to Windows Movie maker 2. If anyone would please help me. Please help!

You need a TV tuner or Video Card.

Or a DVD decoder thing, but they can be expensive for a decent one. I want to try and get one because i need some rare episodes, such as Piccolo fighting Imperfect Cell, which is NOWHERE to be found.

I use netpumper when I have to and is there a way to put a dvd episode,on the computer with just putting it into the drive and then use some software where u can put it on the compiuter
