If you're real new then I suggest you use Microsoft Movie Maker until you get the hang of it because Movie Maker is really easy to use and Premiere is for the advanced music video makers.

what are you doing? don't give people wrong advice.....amature or not you should start with premiere or you will never get away from movie maker....I started with premiere and I did fine...It's not like i had super powers that helped me...

yeah i started with premiere also I just taught my self it gets easier the more you use it (just play around with it, it will work out with time)
