Need a help creating a website

I need help creating a website. I'm not really good at making websites so would someone like to help me? I've tried 7 times to create one and all of them were voted off or replaced. So does anyone want to help me? :unsure:

go to freewebs.com that is the only place i know for free. I have a good host but it costs $9.99 a month it is http://www.hostgator.com/ my website should be up within a few weeks. My old site I can not upload any video files. only image and text files. The net used to have some free online harddrives to serve stuff but they mainly all died out. I serve all of my amvs on MIRC but I do not think anyone on this forum has downloaded any only just people normaly on mirc.
