I Need Some Advice...

Hi everyone at DBZSC, I love the site by the way...Anyway I wanted to know what the best video editing software is and its requirments cause I don't have an INSANELY fast computer. But I know I would be good at making videos... Any advice you would like to share would be apreciated.

If you dont wonna make the all insane way-out Video that 007 Vegita makes i would suggest
Windows Movie Maker.. Yeah yeah i know bad quality, doesnt have many options etc. but its really good for new guys. On the other hand if you wonna make the really good videoes use Adobe Premiere 6.0 :)
